Helping the Thomas Family

Dear friends of the Thomas Family,

So many of you have asked how you can help Ben and Susie during this chaotic and stressful time. They have felt your love and generosity, and wanted to be sure you know how much this outpouring of love has meant to them.

In reality, most of their needs will surface in the weeks following the surgery, especially after their families are no longer in town.

Ben and Susie have asked me (Megan) to coordinate all of your offers of help.

Here is an ongoing need:
Giftcards to: Chick-Fil-A, Donatos, LaRosa's, Red Robin, Five Guys, City Barbecue, Hibachi Grill, Linh’s Vietnamese (937-252-1857), Foy's Grill (937-878-1351), and Jeet India (937-431-8881), Krogery or Meijer (both grocery stores), or Speedway (gas station).

In the next few weeks, the following needs will arise:
• Help with childcare: taking the kids to the park, inviting them over to your house to play, coming to the Thomas home to watch the kids, etc.
• Transportation: Once Susie is well enough to be out and about, she would love to have people available to drive her. (She will not be able to drive for several months).
• Miscellaneous: Runs to the grocery store, house-cleaning, laundry, etc.
